Pricing questions

No. Your subscription covers access to Prudixa and your plan’s features. Wallet funding is separate. Your organisation chooses how much money to add and the allowance to provide for each person.

Your organisation pays for the AI usage covered by the allowance it provides. Candidates and attendees use that allowance through their wallet, rather than paying for that usage themselves.

You can upgrade to a plan with more wallets or contact us to discuss a customised Enterprise plan.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription through your account settings in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. To avoid the next renewal charge, cancel before your subscription renews.

Enterprise plans may include implementation costs, depending on the agreed requirements. Any applicable implementation costs will be set out in your Enterprise proposal.
